They report directly to Germany and use a matrix organization to keep their strategies aligned across regions. The company is known for its wide range of services, from sales, engineering, production, and installation through both in-house teams and skilled subcontractors. They also provide excellent aftermarket service and preventive maintenance to ensure long-lasting client satisfaction and equipment efficiency.
The Turkish team has driven solid growth over the past decade, setting the company up for further expansion. With a strong presence in Africa, they are prepared to explore even new markets and increase growth across the continent. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and drive comprehensive strategies at both business and regional levels to propel growth and achieve strategic objectives.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and maintaining operational efficiency across all functions.
- Financial Stewardship: Lead financial strategies in cooperation with the CFO including budgeting, forecasting, and performance management to optimize profitability and resource allocation.
- Leadership and Talent Development: Cultivate and mentor high-performing management teams, fostering a culture of excellence and engagement.
- Market Insight and Expansion: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify strategic growth opportunities and spearhead market entry and expansion initiatives.
- Stakeholder Relations: Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and regulatory authorities; represent the organization at industry-leading forums and at related associations.
- Governance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks, adeptly managing risks across diverse operational jurisdictions.
- Regional Coordination: Facilitate cross-border and cross-culture collaboration to leverage best practices and optimize resource deployment.
Your Profile:
- Educational Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree highly desirable.
- Professional Experience: Significant experience in senior management or regional leadership roles within the investment goods or related sectors.
- Strategic and Leadership Acumen: Proven capability in strategic planning and execution with strong leadership skills.
- Financial Expertise: Deep understanding of executive and performance management.
- Communication and Relationship Management: Superior communication skills with fluency in English; Turkish and proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Cultural Agility: Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within a multicultural environment, adeptly navigating diverse cultural dynamics.
- Mobility: Readiness to undertake frequent travel within the region.
